-1 Large Cucumber
-1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
-3 tbsp Rice Vinegar
-Juice from 1 Lime
-Pinch of Salt
-1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
-Pinch of Red Chili Flakes

1.Measure out everything!
2.In a small bowl combine sugar, rice vinegar, lime juice, salt, and sesame oil. Whisk until sugar dissolves.
3.Remove ends from cucumber and peel using vegetable peeler. Place into medium-sized bowl.
4.Pour dressing over cucumber and toss.
5.Top with red chili flakes (optional) and serve!
