Gluten-Free Sweet & Savory Charcuterie Board (Under $20!)

Took a trip to Trader Joe’s this past week, spent less than $20 and walked out with a basket full of charcuterie board ingredients. This charcuterie board is designed to suit a small crowd, as well as both sweet and savory cravings. Everything can be found at Trader Joe’s however please feel free to substitute the ingredients with ones from another local market! Here is my take on the trending charcuteries board:

What You need:

-Small cutting board (Approx. 8x11in or smaller)

-Herb Goat Cheese (Trader Joe’s)

-Blueberry Goat Cheese (Trader Joes’)

-Everything But The Gluten Crackers (Trader Joe’s)

-Roasted Pistachios

-Orange Flavored Dried Cranberries

-Green and Purple Grapes

-Fresh Rosemary

1. Place cheeses in the center of cutting board.

2.Place grapes of the corresponding color, next to the cheeses.

3.Place rosemary sprigs between the cheeses to divide the sweet and savory sides.

4.Place pistachios on savory side and dried cranberries on sweet side.

5.Stack crackers next to cheese on both sides.

Serve & Enjoy 🙂
