Stuffed Dates with Feta (Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free)

- 12 Medjool Dates Pitted
- ¼ Cup Vegan Feta Trader Joe's sells vegan feta, any feta works
- 2 Tbsp Crushed Roasted Pistachios
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Pinches Sea Salt
Assemble
Open dates and stuff with 1 teaspoon vegan feta. Sprinkle with desired amount of sea salt and place on serving tray. Repeat with remaining dates.
Roughly chop the roasted pistachios and set aside for topping.
Drizzle honey over dates. Then sprinkle chopped pistachios.
Place in refridgerator until serving or enjoy right away!
