The inspiration behind this dessert comes from.. you guessed it.. something from Trader Joes! Haha, love their products. Trader Joes has these dark chocolate almond butter cups; they’re peanut butter cups but instead of peanut butter in the center, there’s almond butter. Very tasty, highly recommend trying. Anyways, I learned I really enjoy the combination of sticky-rich almond butter with smooth dark chocolate; not too sweet, but rich and satisfying. So here, I present to you the perfect dessert for not just my sweet lovers but also more my people who enjoy something slightly sweet here and there. Did I mention this mousse is gluten-free as well as dairy-free? OH YEAA
