Can I replace the pistachios?
Sure thing! I particularly enjoy the flavor combination between the pistachios, dates and feta, however other nuts that will work. Some nuts that pair well include crush almonds, cashews, walnuts. Make sure the nuts are roasted!
- Serving dish
- Blender or Food Processor
- Open dates and stuff with 1 teaspoon vegan feta. Sprinkle with desired amount of sea salt and place on serving tray. Repeat with remaining dates.
- Drizzle honey over dates. Then sprinkle pistachios.
- Place in refridgerator until serving or enjoy right away!
